Package Your Items
Place the unworn fashion pieces in their original packaging, ensuring all Joy Bricks garment tags are still securely attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
